He didn't just "not comply," he slapped the cops arm away.

And he deserved a beating for that? I'm a staunch supporter of good cops but this officer lost his cool.

What would be your reaction if someone shoved a form into your hand demanding you fill it out?

ETA: It looks like the officer grabbed the guy's wrist and he slapped the officer's hand away

Is that what happened here? I admittedly know nothing about what happened here other than what was shown in the video. What led up to the confrontation?

From the article:

"Two officers encountered a man, whom one of the officers is familiar with," police said.

"After the first encounter, officers released him and ... approached him again to provide him a citizen's contact sheet," police said.

Smith said officers are required to fill out a contact sheet any time they talk to a citizen in relation to any type of investigation, no matter how brief the encounter.

"When he was asked for his identification, the situation escalated when he refused," police said.

I know it's been beaten to death but this is why the NFL players are kneeling. It's some dirty cops out there

There are bad actors in every profession.

Why aren’t the the NFL players protesting shady lawyers, predatory financial bankers, or doctors that run pill mills?

I’ll tell you why. Because they are looking for someone to blame for their problems and the left encourages it. Is police brutality an issue that should be discussed? Yes, just like the other issues in other professions I listed. But to act like it’s the reason for the problems in the black community is disingenuous and counter productive. It may be 1% of the problem, and that’s being generous.

Anyone notice how Gravy hasn't said a WORD about this situation? I wonder why not.

Dude is such an instigator but he claims he isn't. It's hilarious. Had this been a white officer, he, Martin Luther Cream and all these other instigators would be blasting social media every 5 minutes about it.
