I think the worst thing about the video is, it goes on for a further 10 minutes after the shooting and the police never show. What does that show criminals?

if you watch the first 3 min of the video, there seems to be a lot of traffic, on foot and vehicles. I wonder if that car had passed by earlier and something went down that we're not seeing.
