Congratulations going through life a dingleberry piece of shite. You may not care. But that’s more depressing for you.

Lazy confession of the day....I have a big family and there is lots to bring back and forth out there. It's a pain in the arse first thing in the morning and then again after drinking in the sun all day. I'd pay $20 each way for a concierge beach service robot to bring my things back and forth.

LSU's Mechanical Enginnering program has a Senior Design class where students receive requests from the community to build special machines
My friend built a machine for an ALS patient to "shoot hoops with his dad"
They essentially built a pneumatic basketball catapult the child could control with his eyes
All projects are funded by donors to the school

a-hole. The girl they built it for has MS (Multiple Sclerosis before one of you dicks says Mississippi). She was a really nice person and this was a great project. I was involved in the program this year and last as a sponsor.

Well, I’d say the smiling girl who’s happy to be able to go on the beach now seems glad to have it.

Correct, they rent them in a lot of popular beach towns
However I believe this is a case of just providing someone with tech, by just building it themselves, not necessarily inventing something new...
