Video: Bogalusa mayor claims life threatened with gun violence by councilmember

In the post, Mayor Troung claimed a councilmember threatened him with a “loaded double barrel shotgun" during an outburst caught on livestream.
"What example are we setting," posted the mayor, who said he would be pressing charges against the unnamed council member. "Violence is never the answer and I’m tired of the death threats."
In the video, Councilwoman Penny Douglas can be seen and heard in a heated exchange with the mayor as she leaves the meeting room.

What level of status or career achievement does one from Bogalusa have to reach before they have enough self control to not wave a gun around at someone when disrespek?

I don't know what was going on but from watching the video, it seems as if the mayor knew he was getting to her and continued to egg her on. For the city leader to do that, its highly unprofessional and from an outsiders view, I can see why that city is going to shite if this is how he runs it.

From the folks I talked to that were at the meeting she was using a shotgun analogy to refer to the amount of information she'd collected on the subject they were discussing.

It's not something we can get out of ourselves. I lift, have good cardio, and do BJJ and I will still pull a rod out right now.

I don’t agree with per politics but she shows up, asks questions, researches topics that are important to her constituents, and genuinely tries to accomplish things. Doesn’t really matter what she looks like.

I think she sounds like an idiot, but she said , " Im a double barrell shotgun, and both my barrels are loaded".
She didnt say she had a shotgun.
