If a gang of racists were outside someone's house and property with guns issuing threats of violence and other acts of intimidation, and a call to the police did nothing I would vote not guilty if people put down the racist thugs believing there was reasonable fear of being harmed or killed. I don't care if it was KKK doing this to blacks or black panthers doing this to whites. Thugs are thugs regardless of race and when they become rabid dogs they need to be put down.

The 2 are charge and investigation being looked into. This is just thuggery or thuggery's sake. If they actually cared they would be out protecting blacks being killed by blacks every day instead of putting on show in front of house of people actual facing justice system.

I mean, he had the rifle in a patrol or front chest carry position with the muzzle pointed at the ground, which is generally an acceptable carry method, though probably not the best if the intent is to defuse a situation, as it is a combat ready carry meant to keep the weapon in a position to be deployed at a moment's notice. However, that carry means you really need to be aware of what's immediately to your left because that's where the muzzle is going to be pointed with that carry and things that are close to you on the left are going to get swept and your battle buddies don't like it when they get swept. He really needs to work on cognizance of this because he swept the muzzle across the cameraman and other people to his left a couple of times. Perhaps an American shoulder carry (at least until he can get his muzzle discipline squared away) would be a better carry for him as it points the muzzle skyward. It is also a much less aggressive carry in terms of its threat readiness.

His trigger discipline was on point, however, and the booger hook was off the bang switch the entire time and resting along the seam between the upper and the lower.

I give him a "C" overall. Muzzle sweeping ain't cool.
