People need to stop issuing fake and retarded apologies. apologizing only empowers these losers to keep doing this sort of thing. Nobody is actually offended or hurt by what she said when the level of outrage is solely based on the person’s skin color rather than the context of what was said.

The most ridiculous variant of this I’ve seen happened to a med student. He was talking about the card game Magic the Gathering which has cards of different colors. He said “white is the best color” and a nurse reported him to HR. Thankfully it was dropped when leadership saw how dumb the complaint was.
