Lots of things can go seriously wrong here. Excessive bleeding, infection, etc.

Cytotec.
It has human uses. Ulcers and yes it can be used in some applications as a two step morning after pill.
It is also used for treatment in miscarriages. To protect the woman and control the bleeding and speed up the process.
Needs to be under care of an OBGYN. A 20 week miscarriage is a fricking horror show. You won’t just bleed as if your period started. Identifiable pieces are gonna fall out. Which is bad enough. You also need to make sure ALL pieces fall out. Retained products lead to Toxic Shock Syndrome and death.
