I remember when this happened and thought it was a bad shoot at the time. I mean the guy shouldn't be out trying to enforce fricking parking laws on his own time. If he wanted to do that he should have joined the PD and been a meter maid. Otherwise he should have been minding his own fricking business, but now hes going to prison. They got it right.

Screaming at woman and children over minor offense

So mad and emotional (and has no chance of defending himself or retaliating man to man) he pulls a gun out and blows the guy away
Guy dies in front of his family
Guns are for self defense, not to compensate for little dick syndrome.

They said on the local news this morning that the law requires him to get a minimum of 9.5 years. They also said he can appeal. I could not find a link on the 9.5 thing.
They also didn't mention how much the parking in the handicap spot was costing the woman. Apparently, that is on tape too, but they are not mentioning her charges.

The best thing about all of this is a piece of human shite who ignores handicap Parking rules and attacks people smaller than him is now no longer on the high side of the ground sharing our air. The world is better off.

The video proved that he in fact did kill the guy. The reason he is guilty is because he was the aggressor and was predetermined to use his fire arm in the event someone fought back, which is what he did. Which is why he’s guilty of murder in my opinion.
TLDR; Don’t start no shite won’t get locked up in a Florida penitentiary where all the inmates look like the guy you killed.

The guy was guilty as sin
The victim was the one truly defending himself. The crazy arse shooter was the one who threatened to “blow the head off” of the victim
When someone with a gun threatens to kill you shouldn’t you have a right to defend? in reality the victim should have kept beating on the shooter once he pushed him until the threat was neutralized.

Yep. The father wasn't right in knocking the dude to the ground but he's clearly leaving after that was done. In no universe was this situation escalated to the point that deadly force was justified.
Just a gutless coward who got his shite-talking called on and, because he's such a petty weakling, he took it upon himself to execute the other guy under the thinly veiled excuse 'muh guns' and 'muh rights.'

I agree. And the whole racial thing is ignited of course..
32 years after the founding of the United States of America, importation of slaves was banned. Less than 100 years after our founding, slavery itself was abolished and a political party was created for the sole purpose of ending slavery (the Republican Party). While slavery in America was awful we must also embrace the fact that abolition is as much a part of our national identity as slavery.
Some people need to get over thinking african american racism is the only racism that matters. At least your continent wasnt taken and your people genocided because they refused to be slaves. Actually..look what they've done to themselves over there..No..those people were brought over and now enjoy the benefits of this land...and they have the nerve to bitch. Invasive.
