Road must have had a lot of pot holes. If you go fast enough you don’t feel them as much.

A KIA over 130mph stuff borders on Chuck Yeager test pilot stuff.

When I used to get my Toyota Corolla station wagon over 90 mph it would start shaking like the Starship Enterprise going Warp 7

It takes a loooong time and a long straight to get there, but a Stinger will do it.
They only made it for 2 years, IIRC, and in fairly limited #s.

Was the perp in a Stinger?

My money is the cop's radar being FOS, but the guy already apologized for speeding so...

The officer pulled over the Kia vehicle and the driver "immediately apologized" for speeding, the affidavit says

This is definitely Utah. First - he stopped and second is the apology.

Arkansas State Police top out at 138, not sure about Utah but if ASP doesn't immediately pit him into oncoming traffic then I think he would be able to get away

Officer: Do you know why I stopped you?
Driver: You didn't stop me... I stopped me.

"Mountain View Corridor" is pretty suggestive. How steep is it?

Pretty much flat as a pancake. You can just see the mountains from there...

I observed this single vehicle in the roadway traveling at 136 mph in a posted 55 mph zone. After confirming this speed was not an airplane or object in the air by looking into my driver mirror, I noticed the headlights approaching me. I then looked back at my radar in attempts to lock the speed where it was now displaying 142 mph,"
