My Grandmother was married and pregnant with my father when she was 16. My Grandfather was 24 and just got back from killing Nazis.
16 is old enough, but abuse of power is a terrible thing.

In Louisiana it's just a misdemeanor if teacher bangs a 17yr old student. Presumably it's a similar deal in Utah. So yeah, the age has everything to do with it.
