I hope she gets a mental health sentence. Having sex AGAIN with a teen ought to be a defense, if the judge has any compassion. Plea bargain, mental hospital and psychiatric counseling. I was stunned when I saw the thread title.
It's the perfect defense. You get off again and you get to plead insanity.

Holy hell this should be interesting...

A Jan. 15 preliminary hearing is scheduled in 2nd District Court to hear evidence from a third teen, according to prosecutors. According to charging documents, Altice allegedly had sexual contact with that 17-year-old boy between August 2013 and September 2013.
If convicted as charged, Altice faces up to life in prison.
Brass filed a motion in early November asking for separate trials for each of the alleged victims, arguing that the alleged acts were "not part of a common scheme or plan."
Brass said in another motion — filed before charges were filed in connection to the third alleged victim — that Altice claims the sexual relationships didn’t happen.
"It is her defense that they did not happen at all," Brass wrote. "That she never engaged in any inappropriate contact with either of her students ... "
Prosecutors say Altice acknowledged to investigators that she had engaged in sex with the 16-year-old boy on two occasions.
But Brass has asked the judge to not allow those statements at her trial, arguing that she was intimidated by the eight to 10 male officers who came to her home last October to interview her about the allegations.

Good luck with your mental disorder.

But the sexes aren't reversed and 16 is legal in some states anyway.
"Some" being the key word.
And my point was that if the sexes were reversed and you'd put a man in jail for 25 years, then you have to have the same view for this or your stance is pretty flawed.

She's so fricking stupid she has no business teaching high school kids if she can't keep her panties on.

Not to mention, the fact that the age really has nothing to do with it in these cases, as she was also their teacher, and even if the boys were of legal age, the contact is still illegal based on her position of authority.

I don't know if I'd put a man away for 25 yrs. my point is, 16 is not that young and life in prison is certainly not warranted. And people are treated differently by the law all the time.
If you think she should go to prison for life, you're barbaric and stupid.

Just said she should get whatever a man would in the same situation. If that would be life, so be it.

Age has everything to do with it. If the boys are legal age she'd lose her job but not be facing a life sentence. Probably not even much prison.

Sentence her to bang me. She'll never go to a kid again.
Is the judicial system about punishment or correction. I'd correct her Lil arse.
If it's about punishment...25 years.

I don't know what the answer is here, aside from the teacher exercising self restraint, but most of the teachers in these threads are products of a generation of instant gratification and not too many rules. And in turn so are the students. I've got a seventeen year old little future OT baller and I've also got a pretty good radar. Kids today, largely, are some sneaky, horny, sexually active little ho bags, pretty much what we were I guess. Don't know what the punishment should be but the role that the kid plays should at least factor into it.

Do y'all forget what it was like to be 16? At 16 i was able to understand right from wrong and was plenty mature enough to not be manipulated into having s3x if i didn't want to. And my friends were all the same way. So stop with the poor poor 16 year old, girls are different from boys that age. Boys don't get emotional problems over bullshite, like females do.
With that said if i was single, i would be more then happy to offer her my home to serve her sentence.

Physically and mentally, females are more mature than males at that age.

It is sometimes. It seems to be a lot of stories coming out about this, but it happens a lot more then anyone really knows. A lot of it depends on how the parents and principle want to handle it. Many of these stories never even see the light of day, because both parties will just agree to squash it.

Yes. Spend enough time around juniors and seniors in high school and you will see this.
