Where's the break in trust? Everyone knew what they were getting (well, outside of the kids). This wasn't bait and switch by the physicians. This was just a fake vaccine mill so people could go on with their lives without having to get the vaccine even though it was getting pushed on them by schools and/or work.

There lies the break in trust with this slippery scope by saying the physicians shouldn’t face charges.

Let’s not forget the moment to the vagaries of history.
These kids (and their parents) were flooded with fear porn over Covid from every angle of society. Furthermore, these impressionable kids were facing the possibility of “cancellation” and being ostracized with things like prevention from participating in sports, clubs, and activities, going to social events, or going to their favorite restaurant.
Is it really so easy to simply explain to your kid that it’s all in their best interest in the long run to not get shot? Hell, some schools were offering the shot to kids without parental approval.

If the people knew they were getting fake shots….that part is not a crime IMO.
The crime here is IMO the government forcing people to get shots. So much for my body my choice and all.
