Major rental market correction coming too. Like used cars, nice apartment units are really fricking expensive to rent right now.

In Madison ms, people who took their house off the market last year because they wouldn't sell are relisting them now for more money than they were originally listed for and selling them. People are crazy or stupid or both

I want the criminals out, which is what ya boy promised to do. Instead, he's sending ICE into schools, churches, and workplaces going after the people who are peaceful contributors to our economy. Get rid of those with rap sheets and reevaluate. If we still need to reduce the numbers and the economy can support their departure, have at it.
He did not just promise to get the criminals out. Anybody illegal is subject to deportation.

Me too. I'm going to need a covid like spike in bidding wars then, thank you.

Throw in mass deportations of manual laborers and 25% tariffs on Canadian lumber and see how prices look. Oh, and your property taxes are going to skyrocket soon as the federal government pushes costs like disaster recovery down to the states to handle.
We're fricked.
Are you stupid or something

True, and you just pay a fee to call yourself that by joining. They have no training or anything that sets them apart from real estate agents, just join a union.

That's what happens when you value inner city crack houses at half a mill.

Cool you can great price on your house but finding another one and making the math work with double the interest rate is going to be tough
I had sub 3% in one of the best neighborhoods in Utah, which was still growing like crazy...
Had to sell to move out of state to an overpriced area and 6.9% interest.
I'm in a good position so can weather it, but is not fun to think about the pure long term dollars lost.

How exactly is that gonna work if the alternative option (buying a house) is even more expensive?
I'm by no means an expert but logic would say rental price trends would track with home price trends as landlords know there aren't other options.
