Well... we are at what... 31 right now... and most of those were elderly patients at a single nursing home and they had DNR's... so... 50 to 100.

Any old person that dies from anything similar to the flu or pneumonia will likely get lumped in. I think the true number will be closer to eleventy-seven than 500k.

A guy I work with just told me he saw estimates of 400 million. Then told me I was misinformed.

He also told me once that the flat earthers have some pretty legit arguments.

He's one of the biggest idiots I know.

China put in draconian quarantine measures that we are unwilling to do in the US until it's too late.

I feel like this is all being blown out of proportion. It’s a pretty mild virus. Unless you are over the age of 80, immunocomprimised or have a underlying respiratory issue, you will be fine. This same type of category is already at dramatic risk for every other respiratory illness.

That isn’t to say you shouldn’t take extra precautions to protect yourselves and others. I don’t think the mass hysteria is a good thing.

I’ll be shocked if the US sees 500 deaths from this virus.

Or are some still sticking with 500k?

Less than the number of people per year who die from eating a diet of Big Macs and Fried Chicken.

I won't say it's the only reason- but there is NO WAY their interest doesn't have that a political motive. Not with the amount of "effort" they've been putting out leading up to election season. FOR THE ENTIRE FIRST TERM.

Does he post here and if so, what's his SN? If NOT, for the sake of entertainment, please get him to.

there are 26 already so im going way out there and predict the absolute worst case and say there will be 30

I think im far overestimating the number but the MSM says its the end of life as we know it so that's why I went with 30
