Someone dies from it sure, but millions a year? Where? Central Asia, in the mountains? Where are these numbers coming from? That’s a pretty high number for an illness that requires a few days rest and Thermaflu. Kind of makes you think that someone may be pencilwhipping some numbers.

I had to look it up. Admittedly, I haven’t looked up any numbers of people dying from the flu. The argument most people are using to downplay the current landscape. I’ve seen people say “millions” die from the flu.
