We’re mostly guys on here, have any of you baws successfully dealt with this? Been having it 3+ years. Spurred about a year after torsion surgery. Tried two different docs in the BR area.

Non STD, no bacterial infection so no it didn’t come from smashing some strange.

Tried every antibiotic under the sun, steroid injections, etc nothing has worked. Constant pain is really starting to get to me bad and it’s depressing. Ultrasound shows it clearly along with a small hydrocele.

3+ years? Sounds awful.

Tight underwear may help

If the antibiotics aren't working there are some surgical options depending on how bad your pain is. Usually antibiotics do the trick

Where have you gone?

Louisiana Urology and BR Urology. Surgery has been brought up before but I’ve been told it can affect fertility so it was advised against by the Doc.

As long as your other testicle is functional, you can lose one and still be fertile.

If they left both your boys and surgery means losing one, go that route. I had one removed due to torsion about 15 years ago and have had 3 kids since then. The surgery and recovery SUCKs, be forewarned. I’m talking staples, stitches, drain tube hanging from the sac...then skin growing around said drain tube just in time for doc to yank tube out. Getting staples removed wasn’t exactly pleasant either.

But good luck!

I been having it for a long time. Either it’s not as bad as it used to be or my body adjusted to the pain

Sucked for a while after my vasectomy tho
