I had it when I was about 14 or 15 years old. Painful. One of my nuts got swollen to about the size of a grapefruit. Hospitilzation, I..V. Antibiotics , ice bags on nuts. My Dad came to visit, asked how I was. I said ,” my nuts are frozen “ . He said, “ That’s in case they have to take them off they will just chip them off with an ice pick. “. I miss the old man.

Have you tried getting nerve blocks done? Prcedure sucks, but they can pop you some serious Valium and deaden the nerves so you don't feel it.

I actually have and that’s the only thing that has helped, it made me feel 100% the first time for about 6 weeks, got 3 more over the course of about 6 months and they helped less each time.

Illoinguin is what my bill says I got. Wish there was just a longer term solution. Thanks for the response man.

Tell your DR. to give you a testosterone injection and enjoy the first painless 2 weeks that you have had in a while. I'm sorry that I'm familiar with this subject.

I have this. It sucks. Mine is chronic so antibiotics won't help since there is no infection. It is a nerve pain issue. After trying many different options, my urologist put me on amitriptyline and I am pain free and have been for 7 years now. Every now and then I will lower my dosage to see if the pain is still there and it always comes back in a few days of doing that. Doc said it could one day just go away or may never go away. It is depressing thinking about this being there forever but on the other hand, some people who get it can't find a treatment that helps with the pain, so I am thankful to have that. Good luck, I pray you find an answer that will work for you and that it be a permanent solution. If you do, I would love to hear about it.

I have dealt with it from time to time. Believe it or not it seems to flare up when i wear jeans with boxers. Lots of sex is supposed to help too. Just is an awful dull pain.

You really need to listen to me on the testosterone. I'm not going to post again on the subject but I can tell you that I hurt for three years unless I was drunk or hard. No atv or boat riding, worst three years of my life.

I saw Urologist from Hammond to Chicago until I was figured out.
