HUGE development: she just started eating puppy chow by herself. This is a great sign. Normally with parvo, they don’t want to touch any food. She hasn’t touched puppy chow since we brought her back. She just ate 3/4 of an entire can.
ETA: And she just had her first ‘solid’ poop.

I'm glad I have high walls around my cube. I've had puppy tears going on while I'm catching up on the puppy news. So glad to hear about the little ones doing well. Hoping for continued good news about all of them.

Parvo is kind of a cool name. What about naming her Parvo? Parv for short.

Mr. and Mrs. TDCline, you took on enormous responsibility by picking up 9 homeless puppies. Caring for them and arranging the adoptions was a burden for a busy young family.
You both separately endured the crushing disappointment of comforting a suffering puppy during euthanasia.
Y’all continue to work, study, care for an infant- all while nursing a sick, discarded puppy. She is only alive because her life mattered to you.
I have never witnessed such determination, selflessness, and genuine value of life. It’s very humbling.

She’s currently eating her second full can of puppy food.
She had plenty of energy this morning. Peeing and pooping and playing right now. Poops getting more solid she seems pretty healthy actually. Normal puppy stuff.
