That is not a child.

Officers were called to the restaurant in Loveland about 1 a.m. Aug. 4. A 15-year-old boy told officers he and two friends were splashing water on one another when a woman was accidentally splashed.

The teen approached her table to apologize when the man assaulted him, police said.

Interesting if true.

75K bail seems rather excessive when murderers get less bail.

OP…you are one riled up dude. Is this kid a friend of yours or something?

Otherwise, I think the most plausible scenario is that the kids were dicking around and got some water on the lady, and the dude was unhinged for whatever reason.

It is Colorado. According to this weeks news the police there won’t even arrest those Venezuelan gang members

Maybe in the UK or Germany. He choked a minor and then threw him into the ground. This was a grown man. Not many judges or juries are going to let that go.

This won’t even go to trial, and will be pled down like he was a UGA football player.

Late to the party and only really read the first page but I'll say there is a much higher chance of a 15yo boy being a shite than the man.

Usually when I'm around that age group I have to constantly tell myself that I was young and annoying at one point and to not lose my temper.

I can imagine the apology went something like

:" Yo, ma'am, I am SO sorry bro,lol We TOTALLY were just acting a foool, lol. Yamme get towl or sumthin, lol "

I'm still not convinced that this wasn't the result of one of those ignorant 'pranks' which was mysteriously left out of the video.

So the kid did throw water on the lady?

Why are they playing in a restaurant where they are harassing the patrons?

That MUST mean the kid did SOMETHING to deserve this! —The kid said In-n-Out was better than Whattaburger

He and his friend were playing in a restaurant dinning room splashing water on people.

I bet the kid lives with his single mom.
