So the context is the kid spilled water on a woman, her husband then man handled him.
Judging by the video the kid would have to go out if his way to accidentally spill water on the woman sitting down.
Just an observation from the short clip and only the short clip the Op has provided us.

But here you are with blood out for a kid claiming the video isn't showing the whole story. With no evidence to support it.

It’s not ok to assault kids or, quite frankly, anyone over whom you have a 100% size advantage. That being said, it’s not unreasonable to assume there is likely much more to the story than “grown man melts down and attacks juvenile for no reason”.

There was a news story a few years back about a grown man slapping a child on an airplane because it was crying. Some people are just violent dicks. I'm not sure why you find that strange. Just looking at his photo, you can see he's not all there mentally. In the good old days, he would have been lobotomized to silence the violent outbursts.
