Tell her you know a great pizza place downtown where you can get pizza and walk around the city. But when you get there the pizza place is close, because it's sunday and it's always closed. Then you tell her you can always pick up some pizza to go and take it back to your place. Make sure your roommate is there when you get in. He will be reading a book in the den because there is a large spider in his room, so in turn you have to watch the movie in your bedroom. She'll say "this pizza is good", then you say "you're the one that's good". Then you start making out with her and she'll go down on you.

Probably get crushed for this but I am beyond college years so....get off my damn lawn.
See if you can find a play that looks interesting nearby followed by dinner and cocktails at a moderately nice restaurant. Would make for a nice, cool (temperature wise) evening.
Even if piece is not something you would typically be into, I find that it is interesting to watch the performances of the actor/actresses.
