This has already been litigated heavily. And the crazy arse parents won, every time.
In fact, there was a lawsuit in the midwest somewhere. A crazy older guy was using the woman's lockerroom at a club to basically look at little girls changing. He would put on lipstick and walk around naked.
The club kicked him out because the women were outraged. He sued, claimed he identified as a woman. He won. Appealed. Won.
