Apparently he’s been here since at least 1989, at least that’s when his rap sheet started

Although you know he’s gonna be shooting it out with whatever law enforcement come up on him. Chances of him getting captured alive are probably pretty slim

Not certain because he's got a record dating back to 1989. Guy has been a criminal for almost 3 decades, and he's now done pretty much everything except maybe rape.
You would think he would have been easily deported by now.
