I have read that this was a parole board decision because he got into trouble while serving his sentence.

I haven’t seen definitive confirmation of this.

However, if true, they should share a cell with him for the rest of their lives.

I’m curious what kind of psychiatric evaluation is done before releasing a piece of shite like this, if any. Considering where and when the spawn of satan was apprehended it seems pretty clear it wanted to be caught

If he doesn’t get the death penalty then we just need to take the death penalty off the books

This is the craziest story….

What is the suggested motive? Seems like the two victims were good, nice people.

Yet another wonderful life snuffed out by an animal who should’ve been put down years ago

Make no mistake, Democrats are rejoicing right now for implementation of liberal policies like those that encourage this behavior.

Almost like he wanted to go back to prison. That was the best plan to kill and rob two people? You’d think he would he more savvy after spending 30 years amongst other criminals

He’s a psychopath. His brain isn’t wired correctly and our justice system failed to recognize it and it cost these two innocent people their lives.

Somebody or somebodies had to have signed a document to release the guy. That person or persons needs to be reminded everyday that they are responsible for the deaths of these 2 people. As for the murderer, I believe he should be the subject of a live demonstration what is cruel and unusual punishment. Sorry, the world has no need for animals like that. I'd rather pardon the life of a rabid rat.

I also heard that in his first arrest the original charge was aggravated rape, which carries a mandatory life sentence. They allowed it to be plea-bargained down to forcible rape - which was a reason for the 40 year sentence and him getting out early. Anyone else heard this?

Crimes like this sometimes I wish our constition allowed torture. People like this should get 15th century Spanish style torture.

These are the crimes I wish citizens got to him before cops and tortured the shite out of him.

There's a place for vigilantism.

It never seems to happen that these scum get out and randomly target, say, parole board members or their immediate family.

It seems to always end up being humble, innocent people.

Makes my blood boil.
