I heard their police chief is looking into places he would've stopped on the way back especially gas stations, restaurants to see if they can find him on tape. Seeing if she is still in the car or not trying to pinpoint where she could be. Possibly throwing away evidence.

if any of the CCTV footage looks like this:

then serial killer status is confirmed

That would be a logical and subtle way to approach this if they have a body. But I doubt it.

Usually some local LEO wants to a press conference when they find a corpse

There is but I highly doubt it.

Just takes 1 pushy cop during a traffic stop and he's got a dead body in his van.

Best chance to get rid of it is in Wyoming. Cliffs, geyser basins, and lots of predators.

This is my guess too. He would be an idiot to try to transport a body across the country. One traffic stop and he’s done.

i can't search twitter for updates.

any more updates?

i do recall reading days ago that the media and protesters outside of his home said all of the lights were suddenly off one night.

was he missing for days before the family reported him missing? did they give him a head start by delaying announcing he was missing?

family says he's been missing for days: LIVE UPDATES

is no one saying why they decided to search this huge park, other then it was a favorite of his?

The spokesman at the press conference said they haven't got the cell phone ping data back so they are just searching the park because of information the parents gave them.

Did he come across as the sharpest tool in the shed in the body cam video?

protesters

I don't get these people. Now they are the ones who think their opinion = law.

The police will probably get leads from all over the country. Most worthless. I doubt she's found until he talks.

Ya’ll baws and bawyettes have fun, I have to get ready for this Alabama/Florida game. If ya’ll crack the case, please let us know. I will do my part and keep my eyes open in the crowd in case ol boy is trying to hide in plain sight. I mean, what better disguise than an orange and blue wig and body paint? And who would think to look for him there?

yeah, protesters are weird. they were there for Gabby though.

if it were most anybody in this threads daughter missing-and this kid came home early from a trip w/o her and went radio silent. they would want to be screaming outside this kids house to find their daughter.

Most of us would be in Utah/wherever and not in Florida.

But what is more likely. They find the body in the area she was last seen, or in between Utah and Florida he was reckless enough driving with a dead body in his van to get pulled over? I mean at that point if you did it and no one is aware, that seems like the most logical option (as logical as hiding a murder can be).

Cadaver dogs can tell if a decomposing body was in a vehicle. We have one at work, does avalanche work and such.
