Call me a Conspiracy Realist, but it’s almost impossible to put 2, what look like small deep gashes..In his eyebrow and cheek area..she also didn’t do it with her “rings or car keys” because to cause that deep of a gash would have rendered her delicate hand some damage itself leaving marks and or bruising. One of the first things the cop notes are the now swollen gashes in his face and a deep long gash on his hand, suggesting medical treatment that BL refuses.
IMO When BL was doing 45mph in a 15mph zone and the cop flew on the sirens to pull them over, BL does not immediately pull over because he has a pistol inside his door panel and wants Gabby to put it in her passenger door panel before he stops the van. {*Notice where BL chooses to quickly pull over and stop the van ...it’s right next to 2 tall traffic cones basically PINNING Gabbys passenger door so as to make opening THAT door problematic for the cops, notice how the traffic cone is so close to the door tiny skinny Gabby has to squeeze sideways to get out of the car.. *this is completely INTENTIONAL* }
We know from the 9-11 Call Gabby is already FURIOUS at Brian from beating her up just moments earlier at the Moonlight Food market in Moab, so Gabby flatly refuses to hide *Brians murder weapon* on her side of the vans interior. Gabby is arguing fighting w Brian to keep the gun on his side..he insists forcing into her door storage panel.
*So Gabby grabs the pistol out of her door panel and Brian attempts to take it from her but gabby has the gun GRIPPED and yanks it away from his hand hits and hits Brian in the upper face and head with the gun causing those small but deep cuts.


Maybe Brian grabs her head and face forcing her to comply shoving her head back away from him but she swings at his head once maybe twice but enough to open the skin the way a ONLY hard dense blunt metal object could easily and quickly do.
furthermore notice how the cop sees a fresh deep scratch on Brian’s (right hand between his thumb and index FINGER, this is consistent with my theory that as Gabby retrieves the pistol that Brian forces into her door panel...he initially grabs at the guns tiny barrel itself in order to take it out of her hand but she pulls it away easily LEAVING THE SCRATCH ON BRIANS HAND and Gabby hits Brian in the face with the gun to get him to take it himself.

Notice how Brian totally avoids going NEAR the passenger door when asked to retrieve Gabbys phone and charger and other items. Furthermore BL will open the back double doors (seen in footage) as thou to give the cops a distraction.
BL does numerous “Mis Directs” to the police in that footage (as evidenced in multiple body language vids) and is noticeably excited, jittery, overly conversing and calling the cop “buddy” and this apparent persona of Brian is completely OPPOSITE to the baseline video clips of him in the Van Life video.
Brian is a lame empty suit on Gabbys video, Yet he’s a helpful, assertive, hyper-obedient, overly apologetic, gregarious, laughing after beating his girlfriend kinda guy whose ALWAYS SMILING during that entire 1:17 police video.
“Smiling Brian” to the Police who are interviewing him in Gabbys “roadside Anger management class”
YET..Brian’s Baseline is a Slithering,
Dour, Boring, Sheepish, Drip-Of-A-Nobody and that’s on his OWN Van Life video debut.
Other than being a disgusting POS who deserves no mercy, Laundrie is a conman and puts on a very passable “Act” that fooled Gabby, her parents the Cops maybe even the FBI.

ETA: Retracting an earlier post about the killing of the lesbian couple in Moab. IMO after reanalyzing dates, people, events it appears Brian is responsible for those deaths also.
