This may be weird wording, but this may be another "wtf" thing in this case

If one of the charges is unlawful use of her bank accounts, I'd bet anything he sent some of those texts from her phone. Making it look like she's still alive.

It was likely used in Wyoming given the jurisdiction so I doubt it's his parents'

And I would guess he is authorized to use his parents cards Therefore could not be charged with a crime

Big question is why now?

If it's partly related to using her debit card, that may have taken a little time to track down, since they wouldn't actually have her card. Had to get into her bank records. They probably couldn't get a warrant for that until it was ruled a homicide.

I assume a warrant is a mere formality and doesn't change anything as far as the manhunt for him.

Particularly that last text about her grandfather "Stan". I've never called my Grandmother by her given name. Not in text or anywhere else. That was weird as hell and probably him.

Yeah using the 8/30 date is important.

Likely BL is an idiot and sent the fake texts FAR from where the body was found, so they can 100% pinpoint the 8/30 text as fraudulent.

The indictment is interesting. Makes me now wonder if he actually has money of his own since he used someone else's debit card. Wonder if it was Gabby's?

I've come to believe he's not where they're looking for him. Even if he offed himself, why bother going deep into the swamp to do it. Once he's dead, it doesn't matter if he's found.

I think we've seen a few behaviors from him that are bizarre or just plain stupid. This would be one.

They wouldn’t be doing this if they thought he was dead. They must have gotten something out of his parents at least to the effect of “he’s alive”

I agree 1,000% And since he is an idiot, I don't believe for one second that he is out in that preserve surviving on his own. He doesn't strike me as being even remotely intelligent enough to know how to do that.

Guess we know who the real camp life person was. I highly doubt that someone who did that shite for a living would confuse Yosemite for Yellowstone.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if the parents gave him money.

They may also now be able to get warrants for the parents' credit/debit card and bank info.

I disagree. At this time, as far as anyone knows, he's not deceased. That doesn't mean his parents had any intel on that. Just because he's missing doesn't mean he's dead, so they will act accordingly.

It’s much more common in the north to call adults by their first name, not sure how common it is with grandparents though

What kind of animal F_ck does that? You think he’s done that before.?

Man, your fan fiction just keeps going doesn't it? You sure are inferring, assuming, and making up a LOT, and it's strangely one-sided.

It's becoming apparent beyond all doubt that you have some weird crush on Gabby and see her as perfect, that she could do no wrong. You even blame HIM for her slapping/hitting him and her grabbing the steering wheel. It's weird, man. Your defense of her has been noted and you can move along now. Nobody here thinks either of these individuals were perfect except you (and maybe Chad).

Chances are they were both physically and emotionally abusive to eachother, I'm not sure why that's so hard to admit. It still doesn't mean him killing her (most likely) was justified or right and he doesn't get a pass on that. He's a scumbag and no amount of abuse should ever lead to murder when you can just leave.

Stop with this weird bickering about this, as it's becoming increasingly obvious that a couple of y'all have put her on a pedestal and consider her perfect or her (admitted) abuse of him to be justified because he's a POS. Abuse is never justified whether it's him or her doing it, now MOVE ON.

This discussion about the potential abuse doesn't mean jack shite in terms of this investigation, as we don't know what happened yet for sure. Pretty obvious he killed her, but dissecting a body cam video from 2 weeks prior means NOTHING. We don't know if this was a one-off, stand alone incident or something that could've been building for years. We won't know by going over the body cam video 1000x over and over either.

If it comes to light that BL did in fact commit this murder as is probably what will happen, and his parents did aid and abet and he's on the run, I hope that the legal fees drain their life savings.

So far the parents are already approaching or are already at "piece of shite" levels.
