The FBI says Laundrie is wanted for "use of unauthorized access device" related to his activities following the death of Gabby Petito.

Getting an arrest warrant on him for at least this now means that anyone who helps him risks jail time themselves. It may also give them broader leeway in getting search warrants on anything they want.

I don't know why people keep getting hung up on this word. We've all probably seen at least one episode of Law and Order and know that while murder, manslaughter, and negligent homicide aren't the same, they all mean that you killed someone and you're going to prison. You don't need to keep pointing out the very obvious fact that a prosecutor hasn't decided what to charge him with yet.
