It’s literally the entire case of the murder
I guess I did not clarify; it seems stupid to speculate and argue for pages over the August 12th video in light of the fact that she is dead, and who knows where he is. I thought that video was old news back around page 100 but I was obviously wrong.

She slaps me so I murdered her, buried her, and traveled across the country and didn’t tell anyone.
Has the burial been confirmed? I thought earlier people were saying it was more likely she wasn't buried.
I mean the first part of the defense will be proving BL did anything. That will likely be via technology if they can get him in the area.
The second would be relating to a defense situation/accident. Again, as I said earlier, this would depend on the exact manner of death. This may be a more difficult argument if the manner is more specific to homicide, but then the murder weapon will be important.

Apparently in your reality it's only ever the guy at fault.

And the call never said anything about "beating the frick" -- you're being way too hyperbolic and should probably calm down.
my bad. he was only beating her in a kind and gentle way.

I posted legit summaries of things I read in this thread.
The use of "incels" is clearly legitimately summarizing things.
quote:
News: Girl is missing, boyfriend leaves her out west and returns home in her van.
Incels: let him be.
News: BF not speaking to cops or girl's family
Incels: brilliant strategy. Would do the same if I was innocent.
News: BF runs away from home, now missing
Incels: just clearing his head baw. Would do the same if I was innocent.
Every "Incel" quote is a straw man. It's not even worth going further.

SFP is getting lots of hate for pumping breaks on everyone making assumptions
But I for one am enjoying his analysis
Come on now, he is just an attorney. What does he know about criminal law? It is our duty to set him right and show him how wrong he is.

Having dated crazy, that video gave me flashbacks.
And there’s my friend from high school - while we were in college she gets pregnant - is very upset and emotional about it for a few days, lots of crying
She tells her boyfriend and he blows her face off

That summary was one of the best posts in this entire thread. Thanks for taking the time to do it.

So glad I just lurked this thread. What a ride.
News: video shows a toxic relationship
Incels: she's cleary a crazy bitch
News: body found
Incels: might not be her
News: it is
Incels: maybe an accident
News: it's homicide
Incels: well, like I said, let's wait for all the facts. Still no proof this poor guy did anything wrong.
This is what I gleaned after skipping around a bit.
Well, for one you're conveniently leaving out that the people you're labeling "incels" repeatedly said that the most likely outcome was that Brian killed her and fled, but that nothing yet proved it to be the case.
For speculating alternative scenarios (while saying BL probably did it), that labels them "incels"
Pretty easy to see how mobs form with this kind of mentality

No that part was meant to be humorous but was certainly a bit mean. I apologize for any harm I caused to you and others for that cheeky and unnecessary insert.

Categorically false.

True

Exactly.

Hell, let's just lock the thread and let him give us the updates that actually matter.
You clearly need to have passed the bar exam to have an opinion worth reading on this case. Being an incel probably doesn't hurt either. It seems like they've crawled out of the woodwork since the homicide announcement.

Have we learned the cause of death yet or are we waiting?
Posted on 9/21/21 at 5:49 pm to efrad
It seemed a little more light hearted when they were both just missing persons and we could wonder if maybe aliens had gotten them, than now when we know she is dead. But we can still find something to argue about, so that is good.

Did you leave and not come back to her on multiple occasions? If so, that's another way that you and this Brian guy are different. I'm guessing that you also didn't kill any of them.

having strangers on the internet judge you as mentally unstable.
I mean, the signs are all there.:
She grabbed at the steering wheel, putting her own life in danger as they were driving.
She hit another human in the head with a phone that left him bleeding, because he repeatedly asked her to calm down.
She went on a months long van-life tour that ended up with a whopping total of one (1) uploaded video, and only one (1) comment, prior to her disappearance. The events of the traffic stop day began by her getting distraught about not getting her videos to upload. Why the angst at that point?
She admitted to uncontrollable OCD.
She had zero friends after 22 years. She has one friend she found online who claimed she was going to meet her in Yellowstone (2 days after the girl was dead).
Her parents didn't even report her missing for 12 days after no contact. Which was actually 18 days after hearing her voice.
She quit her job, and probably spent her savings on becoming an Internet sensation. She wasn't mentally equipped for the reality that she ran into after 3 months.
Like the cop told her at the traffic cop, "I'm not trying to tell you what to do with your life, but you two seem to be spiraling." Sad that she ignored his advice.

Don't jokingly refer to a bear attack as her cause of death or Dale will call you an incell.
