1) Has her body been positively ID'd? Im thinking no because since when the hell do hard arse Feds cry during a presser? I know everyone is soft these days but come on. that's a bit much.
2) Was it really BL hitchiking by the dam? Like, 100% pics and all proof or is this like SVU when they put out the 1800# and any idiot with a pulse calls in to get their 15 minutes? Because I dont think that has been proven yet.
3) 10 days laying low in FL until GP was reported missing. Thats a lot of meat for the feds to work with. No way he vanishes like a fart in the wind unless he was never there to begin with.
None of this makes sense. No wonder we are on 210+ pages.

I'm all for not talking to police, but generally, that's meant before consulting a lawyer. Perhaps his lawyer did tell him not to speak at all, but I'd defer to lawyers to ask if that would make any sense in THIS case where the dude drove his girl's van back home without her.

I think Brian is dead.
He does not seem that intelligent not have good impulse control.
He is not a seasoned outdoorsman.
He could not hide this long without significant financial help and the FBI would know about any cash withdrawals from family and friends.
The only chance is that a loved one has him hidden and is bringing him food. But, over years and years, that is almost the same as prison.
I think he is a big enough coward that he won’t face the consequences of his actions and has killed himself already.
