There's not enough information to make a judgment. If she's dead we still don't know when or how.
Being without the van is interesting. There's are gaps where the van's whereabouts are also unclear unless the police have information they have not released

I am pretty sure he is a kid too. A kid that has never been to a Widespread or Phish show and seen some real van people.
He probably only stayed for the first hour to hear Free Beer and left.

I don't know how anyone can post that she had a blog and was starting a Youtube channel and tie that into "knowing what she wants to do with her life" and be serious about it (while being older than 16 of course)
