Thanks for the contribution but the map is graphically incorrect. Notation number 4 happened in Moab which is SE of SLC.

So if they didn’t have cell phone plans and relied on Wifi exclusively, would the text from her phone on the 30th be tied to the IP address of whatever router it was connected to? Like, would it be as easily traceable—or maybe even more—than had it come from regular 4G (or whatever)service via a tower?
