Basically all we have are friends of Ward saying no way he could have killed a guy for no reason, and people who knew Jackson saying no way he could have mugged a guy.

Except there are witnesses, evidence, and a dead person on one side of that equation, and a judge has found probable cause to believe it happened.
There is zero support or allegation that the old guy did anything wrong.
Not saying I know what happened, but I'm pretty confident what didn't happen.

Why should I submit to a robbery if I have the ability to prevent it? That attitude is what allows street thugs to continue to intimidate good people and fund their worthless drug filled lives.

He was replying to my statement about how i personally would hand over petty cash, if being mugged, rather than have to fight and risk life in an altercation and then get a lawyer, give a statement, have court dates, miss work, and my name in the papers.

I guess it could be just a case of drunken fratboy can’t control himself. Just seems weird. One would think There had to be something that provoked him, but maybe not.
