Update about what TOPS students will likely pay

Here is an idea of what TOPS recipients at the following schools will have to pay:
LSU - $2,172, plus fees
Southern University - $1,447
University of Louisiana-Lafayette - $1,573

that is with TOPS footing ~40%.

Cost me a little over 6300 for full time tuition and fees this past semester

If you need to, you should be able to get a student loan through the school.

All the whining about this is is insane. It sucks, yeah, but it's still super cheap.

Plus, we knew back in June this would happen. Everyone acting all surprised now is pretty silly.

Good lord. Any other state rather than Mississippi and Alabama kids (parents) will be forking over triple that for major in state public universities

is that for everyone? or is TOPS still offering scholarships to students with higher GPA and ACT score?
