Refusing the field sobriety is admitting guilt so your dumbass would spend the night in jail, have your license suspended and have to deal with attorney fees all because you find the field sobriety test “insanely annoying.”

Problem is the cops are smart enough to accidentally turn them off or have some other “malfunction” when they are the ones doing something wrong.
But if an officers camera does malfunction in some way or doesn't capture the incident he will be accused of hiding something.

And this is why I never understood good police not wanting body cams. If you're a good cop, it can save your arse. And with that level of authority, having transparency helps gain the public's trust.

Silverlining: he gets to claim he was raped and sue the department.

Not true. You can request a breathalyzer in lieu of the other tests. I've had to do that in two separate occasions when I was believed to be under the influence when I wasn't. I've had two knee surgeries and wouldn't ever submit to those tests.

Report everyone in that picture.
liberals are some tolerant fricks, aren't they?

At least one of his people is honest

I am a fan of his activism but calling someone a rapist to 1M followers without any verifiable facts outside of an accusation and then not apologizing to the victim feels dead wrong. Likely legal reasons for not doing so but doesn't sit right.

. I watched some of the video and watched the end when she did the breathalyzer. Couldn't tell if the cop said what she blew, but based on the field sobriety, her speech, demeanor, etc, she was not drunk. That cop shining the flashlight in her eyes and telling her to follow the pen without moving her head for a full 3 minutes was ridiculous. To be arrested, there needs to be a lot more reason than that shite.
To recap, she should not have been arrested.
Then you really should have rewatched the video before spouting off about what you THINK you know, Matlock.
She registered just below the legal limit almost 2 hours after she was stopped. Contrary to what you think you may have learned while getting your 5 minute online law degree, she was legally drunk and should have been arrested.
Bet if she would have killed one of your loved ones and registered just below the legal limit two hours later you would want her burned at the stake, hypocrite.

This is why every cop should have body cams and why they should never turn them off.
It protects both the police and the citizens.

A woman lawyer lying, color me shocked!
And nothing will happen to her.
And nothing will happen to her.

This is where some Lawyer needs to donate his time and energy to the trooper and sue the frick out of king, this lawyer and her.
You keep letting them cry wolf, with zero proof, then find out they are lying, yet again, and there is no recourse is getting old.
Time to put an end to the bullshite.
King loses 1 lawsuit, and his arse will go away, quicker than roaches with the lights on.

You are wrong dipshit and just need to stfu and quit embarrassing your stupid arse.
I mean really, you think a refusal to do field sobriety is an admission of guilt and results in a license suspension??
LOL! Just how damn dumb are you baw?

Hey dipshit, that is called below the legal limit which is ridiculously low to steal people's money in the first place and support a cottage industry.
If she had not made the tape claim, 100% she is found not guilty if she goes to trial.
And oh yeah, your dumbass probably doesn't know this, but your BAC can be higher an hour after being stopped than it is when initially stopped. BAC can continue to rise for over an hour after you stop drinking FYI.

I would never be a cop cause people are assholes, but would never be one without a body cam. Almost makes you want to wear one even not a cop. I can almost see this being a thing of the future.

Body cams are such a good thing. They catch civilians when they lie and they also catch cops when they lie. Unfortunately there are still civilians and cops who have not learned yet.
Another benefit is they keep the shady cops in line. Very few people are stupid enough to do something illegal while wearing a body cam.
