Asking a question because I don’t know. I understand that the client lied and the lawyer is issuing the apology. But, before the evidence was brought to light was he holding press conferences and fanning the racial flames? Because if this was the case, I stand by my opinion that he should suffer consequences. An apology isn’t adequate.

She also needs to be punished to the extend the officer would've felt the stigma of being a rapist. And being unable to get a job when he got out of prison. Oh and what about the women who were actually raped and now people may recall this story and think their claims are false?

Maybe there should be a higher threshold to bring a law suit. If some Pltf Attys got popped for bringing bs lawsuits then our court system wouldn't be so dysfunctional.

If she was sent to jail for the same amount he would've served, she'd have the stigma of being a lying bitch who used rape as a weapon of sorts, and would be unable to get a good job out of prison.
