Body cams are such a good thing. They catch civilians when they lie and they also catch cops when they lie. Unfortunately there are still civilians and cops who have not learned yet.

. Chick needs to go jail for at least a few years. Rape is a serious crime with serious jail time. Take whatever the average time served is for a rape conviction, and give her half of that time since she attempted to get someone charged with rape.
2. I watched some of the video and watched the end when she did the breathalyzer. Couldn't tell if the cop said what she blew, but based on the field sobriety, her speech, demeanor, etc, she was not drunk. That cop shining the flashlight in her eyes and telling her to follow the pen without moving her head for a full 3 minutes was ridiculous. To be arrested, there needs to be a lot more reason than that shite.
To recap, she should not have been arrested. However, she was and made a false rape claim and needs to spend a few years in jail for that now.

I didn't watch too much of the video but my guess is finding the 2 alcoholic beverages in the vehicle is why she was brought to the station to take the breathalyzer

They were two 750ml bottles of liquor. Not something she could have been actively drinking. And they were just piled up in the back seat with a whole bunch of trash.
