Good. If they are drug tested maybe they won't drug and rape women.

Guess maybe EVERYONE should be tested? Why only fraternity members?

Wouldn't that mean the women would flunk it?

What about the sororities? I know it talks about the "Greek system" but I wonder if they are wasting money equally on the female side.

You just know the frats have some measures in place to deal with this. Whether it's just a fraternity clean piss bank and a few whizinators they can use, or somebody on the inside who can warn them in advance or even manipulate things to pick certain frat members.

interesting line of thinking.

i wonder if a girl fails a drug test, can she claim that she was drugged and not suffer the consequences.

i know failing a MJ test is different than getting something slipped in your drink, but if they claim it happened, would the SJW's come out if the administration even questioned the integrity of her claim?

hard to fathom how much has changed with regard to college in like the past 20 years. It's unreal.

19 years ago my dorm roommate got busted for smoking weed in his car.

His punishment was to go talk to the dean of students. When he went, the dean wasnt a available so the secretary gave him a pamphlet on how drugs are bad and she stamped his signature on his paperwork.

I guess you have to with the liability you assume with frats on campus, but what about the rest of the student population, not very selective with 30,000 plus students.

If it is just Sigma Nu because they are under some sort of a probation or similar.....eh

If it is only random fraternity members from any fraternity at random - and no other members of the student body - yeah no way that can be Constitutional

They should go on a hunger strike until they either lift the drug testing or until they start drug testing those on welfare if they are going to start picking and choosing who to drug test. Create change biotches #fratlivesmatter

Yale tried this with us once in the early 2000's. We had the White House intervene on our behalf.

A lot of universities won't, for the same reason many places if employment should but do not-budgetary concerns.

The only way for the greek system to survive in it's current form is to move houses off of campus and disassociate from the Universities.

I went to a meeting a while back about mine getting kicked off campus and this was my only recommendation
