United just keeps popping up in the news. That being said, I was on a flight where two Arab dudes were told to get off because they smelled so bad. It was unreal how you could smell the guys several rows away. So I think I back United here.
Of course, she says it’s racial discrimination and wants punitive damages. It will be interesting if a court finds that bad hygiene is a protected cultural right.

Many don’t have access to a shower, and personal hygiene products are expensive.
