Operation northwoods became public in the 1990s (1998). Almost 40 years after it was proposed.

All of which make more sense and are easier to pull off than either flying real planes into some buildings but firing a missile at another pretending it's a plane or whatever other theories always get tossed around
Like the ones about the "hijacker's" on the planes somehow being plants or something and the planes were actually being flown by remote control. Did the hijacker's know they were plants? How did they get them to cooperate??

Air National Guard pilots Lieutenant General Marc Sasseville and Heather Penney in F-16s that took off out of Washington were ordered to take down UA93 but their planes were not prepped to do it. So they knew that meant they would have to crash into UA93 to stop it, if necessary. Suicide mission.

Yeah, I saw an interview with them on maybe the 10th anniversary of 9/11. One decided to aim for the vertical stabilizer and the other for the cockpit.

We're familiar with them, buddy. Even those that weren't before have seen all the examples over 25 years. You're not blowing minds out here.

They were likely a legit group of al qaeda planning something and were allowed/aided indirectly by people here and thought they were hijacking planes but didn't know they were being used/controlled and part of a bigger plot. They were there to take the blame.
