Unemployed Family Member ?

I've got an unemployed family member that has never been on any type of assistance. She is 25, and she is in a "finding herself" stage. She's not a complete bum, and she does a lot of volunteering, learning, etc, but she hasnt gotten a job since she graduated.
Her parents have had enough to allow her to do this, bc they are pretty frugal, but that could change if things continue like this for months.
Will she be eligle for her gubment check?
Axin* for a family member that might be hitting me up for some bread soon.
Tl;dr: home chick don't work, no benefits, lives alone, and needs her parents, who may not be in a position to help later; she get a piece of Phase 3?

She has to prove ability to remain gainfully employed for the last 5 quarters. And explain any large gaps of no employment.
Basically, she's screwed on that front.

Her parents are enabling her.
Parents have most certainly become too soft over the decades and young people like your family member have simply taken the path of least resistance and is where she is because of it

Think about it. Workers are getting money because they can’t work. Why would somebody who doesn’t work get unemployment?

That's what I was asking. I assumed she wouldn't get a piece of the unemployment side. I think that she was still in school in 18.
