Never, unless we are talking about base layers due to cold weather. In that case merino wool is AMAZING.
Never had pit stains...maybe I buy the right deodorant...or maybe I don’t sweat much because I’m not wearing two shirts when it 90 degrees.

Never.
Never had pit stains either.
It’s too hot and you look like a child with the shirt poking out.

This. Yes to cotton polos and button ups (work), no to dry fit golf polos and all t-shirts

Hell yes! I wear them under button up and polo shirts. Anything else no.

Polo shirt with a white t underneath looks bad. If you must, just wear a v neck.

When cold outside, I wear them under button downs, es[ecially lighter weight dress shirts. Never under polos. I don’t really get it though. Colored T’s are commonly paired with button downs in casual dress, so I have to think it’s the color white that people aren’t a fan of.

T-shirts under long sleeve shirts - yes.
Wife beater style undershirts -nay, but grew up wearing them under starched school uniform shirts.

only wear the very least amount of clothing layers necessary
no undershirts
no underwear

I guess after 4 pages I can be the first one to admit to wearing wife beaters. My pits don't sweat badly enough to necessitate a sleeve and tanks don't restrict my arms as much.
You look trashy as all hell while getting dressed/undressed though.

No they can't. They wear on your shirt and make it look like shite. They make can get the yellow out, but your shirt is still going to be discolored and look bad.
They'll look like they have glitter on them.

No undershirt when I don’t have a tie on. When wearing a tie, always, unless it’s hot as frick.

I wear an undershirt under everything -- even when going to the gym to workout

Wife beater under all shirts for the most part

No undershirt, ever.
If you have yellow stains, switch to a non-aluminum deodorant. Problem solved.
I do not have any yellow stains on any of my shirts. If you do have some sweat stains, soak your shirts for 24 hours in a container with hot water mixed with a concentrated oxyclean solution. Any sweat stains will be gone.

Do you wear dress shirts everyday? I only wear undershirts with dress shirts, but if you soaked a dress shirt like that it would definitely fade.

Only in winter, only tight fitting blends, only v neck.....

My nips are perpetually hard. I constantly get the “is it cold in here or is it just me?” question. I have to wear something to help conceal. Mostly all I wear is v necks as undershirts. I have a good assortment of colors to match most of my shirts.

Listen to those who have said no. And rethink a khaki chino. Dressing correct is a big deal in the long run.
LOL
khaki chinos are a staple of traditional american casual dress

Undershirt under every shirt that isn't a t-shirt.
This and and add a un-tucked Columbia fishing shirt or a golf shirt that you actually wear golfing to the list of no undershirts required.
