It didn't look like that monstrosity, but the last time I went to the ENT they pulled a wax buildup out of each ear with that tool and it felt fricking amazing.

Taking a massive shite and your first wipe is clean. Great feeling, I still don’t trust it so I usually do a safety wipe just in case.

Mine isn’t like that but they work. Doesn’t feel good when using but about 2-3 minutes later it does. Had sinus surgery in 2000 and had to saline rinse several times a day. Now and then I use one in the winter or spring allergy season.

Yep. I have sinus problems plus use a tips and twice they have done that and the relief is instant.
