Nice job
Nice job selectively quoting... guess you missed this part of post where I said

You’re the kind of moron that would’ve sat in on that board and expelled that poor dude.

You are obvbiously with all of the clarifications that came out in a 2011 letter from the Obama administration to every university in America that changed a lot of the old interpretations of title IX.

what are you talking about, Title IX was expanded under the obama administration and made more issues for these types cases. Because of their perceived notion that college campuses where places where every girl was sexually assaulted.

According to the article, he wasn't found responsible by the school for sexual misconduct nor was he expelled. He later settled out court for an undisclosed amount.

And this is why I don’t believe the asinine statistic that 20% of college women are sexually assaulted.

it's only after their RA training kicks in to help them realize it

But his administration put in the strict interpretation and enforcement of what they consider sexual harassment. Has nothing to do about when it was signed.

Uhhhhh it is 100% a fact that tha Obama admin made an administrative rule and sent a letter to all Universities about Title XI, that essentially created these kangaroo courts and the current situation we are in.
That isn’t even a partisan opinion. That is 100% a fact and has been acknowledged by both sides of the aisle.

I'll say this, I have no anecdotal evidence of this happening to good guys I know. I've witnessed some pretty crazy things happen with alcohol, yet I don't know anyone who has found themselves in such a situation.
I have one from one of my best buddies.
Posted in another thread and copied here:
He’s a fatter fella, but still does well with the girls because he’s cool and successful. Anyways, he brought home one of the skankier girls we know and they had sex all over his house where he lived with two other roommates.
Next day, she told girls at brunch that he forced himself on her and she felt violated. This gets around and my buddy who is a top notch person, was mortified and flatly denied it. He was close to bringing a lawsuit, as he is a somewhat public figure in real estate and rumors like that could ruin him.
Turns out, his roommate heard the chick screaming and moaning in pleasure and recorded the audio. It clearly records the chick screaming “Cum in my mouth daddy” and “frick me like you mean it”.
Our buddy sent said audio to all of her girlfriends saying “I did not force anything on anyone, she’s just pissed she went home with a fat guy.” The girl apologized and admitted to lying. What a bitch.

And this is why I tie off my condoms and take them with me when I leave.

He was permanently banned from campus and found "responsible" for contacting her.
I am pretty sure thats expulsion.

No its not. You cant criminalize normal human behavior

It was no doubt wrong what he was put through. However, he wasn't banned from the campus, he was restricted from certain areas and from contacting her, the latter for which he was found responsible after friend requesting her on Facebook. He was never expelled from the school or permanently banned from the campus. Your subject title is misleading.

This story, and the SCOTUS implications are TWO of the most important reasons to vote TRUMP.
frick all these a-hole, they are absolutely ruining this country.

This is why western women will be abandoned. This is what happens when you lie to society and have people commit mental gymnastics to do something and then blame someone else for it.
You blew him. You decided to stay when he asked you to without force. You initiated the contact. YOU DID IT. You were NOT sexually assaulted (it would be battery, if anything, anyway). You got caught, got embarrassed, and ruined his life when you tried to cover your mistake up.

Did he though? She had free will to get up and leave at anytime.

He reached out to a student group that helps minority and other underrepresented college students, explaining in an email what had happened with R.M., protesting his innocence, and describing his treatment as discriminatory and unlawful. The student who received the email forwarded it to the group’s listserv, adding a note about spreading the news in order to organize a rally on Bonsu’s behalf. This email got back to campus authorities, the lawsuit says, and because Bonsu had used R.M.’s name, he received a new interim restriction: a total ban from campus.
So should I believe you or the article?

frick you if you can’t see the double standard in this scenario
Exactly, these courts are probably made up of angry leftists women angry at men because they are too ugly and fat to get any and coward men like the doofus in this thread. He shakes his head and says “he should have known better” as he votes to expel the guy.
