And for the excuse that the police/courts are overburdened - if people like this guy were in mental hospitals/asylums, maybe the system wouldn’t be so overburdened with their quarterly arrests.

Eventually they either kill someone or are killed by police and everyone (the media and the idiots on social media) are like “Oh nooooo, whyyy?!” and of the police kill them they become a saint. In my job i deal with people with mental illness and violent behavior. Their families are at their wits end. They take them to the ER and they may keep them for 3 days, a week tops. Then back home to the families who are terrified of them. There really is no place to take these people that won’t break the family financially. Unless they do finally kill someone. Then it’s either prison or a facility for the criminally insane. But you have to kill someone first to get in.

We need to spread people out and not have them so concentrated. Take away race, sub groups, etc and break it down to two groups: one more civilized and advanced and the other less. For the less civilized you cannot let them stay concentrated and let their behaviors persist. You need to spread them out so they are forced to adopt the more civilized habits to have a connection so society
