He "aimed" at the cop with both hands as if pointing a gun at him. I'm not sure it matters if he had one or not, there was clearly the intent to make the cop think he did.

We literally just took a situation where someone gets shot by an officer and hashed it out logically and rationally on a sports message board. No protests, no rioting, no media coverage, etc...
BLM and folks like them cause social unrest for weeks on end nationally over this same shite.

but is the guy under the influence of serious drugs?
I mean did he really need to run out and shoot the guy wide out in the open area like that. . the guy seems heavily impaired.

yeah and he had absolutely no issue doing so... he immediately shot him up.
