My Norwegian and Royal Carribean stocks have had a very good run this year. Need I say more?

I've been on several and never witnessed anything like this thank god. There is a way to price yourself out of the ghetto, and this kind of thing was common place during covid when they were offering cheep cruises.

Stay away from 4 day cruises or less.

Preferably book on a line other than Carnival but if you book Carnival book a 7 day or more.

But I get your point. Seeing these animals acting the way they do is ruining the vibe of cruise vacations. (And yes, it used to be a really good experience, until, you know.)

The cruise lines would be smart to get a handle on this soon before they collapse the entire industry.

You could almost read the security guards mind: "5 more days of this crap!"

There are 4/5 smaller “local” bars around the area I live. The owners purposely don’t have Henny or Ciroc because they don’t want the crowd. On top of that, they are EASILY the worst tippers on the planet and it ain’t close

You know, I was upset a little when my wife decided to buy this expensive Sandals vacation. But now that I look back, there was absolutely 0 of this anywhere I looked. I think it was worth it now. Sometimes it pays to spend a little more.

If this was behind the bar I used to turn around and walk out.

All they have to do is require people to pay with cc through their site. That will knock out a ton of this.

wonder if there was ever a meeting at Carnival wherein someone had to disclose “…and it looks like black people have discovered our cruise lines.”

Someone needs to do a "Hitler discovers that...." vid clip on this

Eliminating all you can eat, limiting alcohol sales, and enforcing mandatory gratuity should do the trick. It will cause some expensive down time before the markets adjust to reflect the change in clientele, but they can use that time to disinfect the ships.

They’ll never mess with alcohol sales. That’s their cash cow. I completely agree with on the all u can eat and ESPECIALLY the mandatory gratuity. Those kind of people hate tipping. It’s time carnival gets a handle on this.

Carnival upper management should be in full blown crisis mode. The optics for this company are bad.

He's probably just as much a security guard as you and me. He probably just got promoted from the last cruise when he was working in the laundry.

Amy Bradley is Missing is a good doc on Netflix right now. They interview experts who talk about how dangerous cruising is. Statistically it is probably safe, but if something goes wrong you a lot can go wrong.

They already do this on most cruises.

To Carnivals credit they are actually trying to curb this delinquent behavior they cultivated for so long. But it may be too little too late.

There is no way those security guards were able to stop, identify, and charge all the participants. Hopefully these ships have facial recognition and they can track them down to their cabins and then methodically kick these people off and have them arrested.

Royal Caribbean cancelled cruising out of N.O. for 2025. Won’t be back till late 2026. Wonder why?
