You're correct on that but I should have clarified more. Her whole plan was horrible and increased taxes on more than just those with a NW over $100 million but you guys always leave out bits and pieces.
800K households make over a million per year.
Also, imagine selling your house and that pushes you over the million mark for the year, even with the $500K 2 year rule, and now you have to pay more in taxes under her stupid plan.

I concede the 401K portion and that I was quick to post, but the home equity line is correct, unless IYO, there is no concern that home equity would push anyone over the million-dollar mark when/if they sell, forcing them to pay more under her plan.
