Yeah sexual assault is a pretty big deal but luckily there's a loophole. You see, you can't rape your own wife (it's like stealing your own property). So if you can track down the driver and get her blackout drunk and have her marry your friend who raped her, then boom you're in the clear and Uber drops all the charges. Just gotta email them the marriage certificate and your app should be functional again in three to five business days.

Was the driver good looking? What exact term was used? Are we talking hot blonde with big fakes or we talking 50 year old black lady with triple F's? I'm guessing the latter.
Sexual harassment requires multiple offenses, simply telling someone once they have big tits is nothing illegal just rude. It would be Harrassment if multiple customers said it and Uber did nothing to curb the behavior.
