§220. Article 120. Sexual assault
A. Any person subject to this code who commits any of the following acts is guilty of sexual assault and shall be punished as a court-martial may direct:
(1) A sexual act upon another person by any of the following:
(a) Threatening or placing another person in fear.
(b) Causing bodily harm to another person.
(c) Making a fraudulent representation that the sexual act serves a professional purpose.
(d) Inducing a belief by any artifice, pretense, or concealment that the person is another person.
I do not think it is unreasonable to believe that Uber driver could have felt threatened by the unsolicited advances by two drunk bozos.
We can let the court decide.

If you fear someone because they said you had big breasts you need a therapist not a police officer.
If she felt fear then stop the car and ask them to step out and call poloce.
Cursing them out instead should be grounds for termination.
